My perfectionism and insecurities held me back from true success for years. It was dissatisfying but, most of all, discouraging to be working this hard without getting much in return. I became overwhelmed with the pressure to perform and lost my passion entirely. I got so stuck that I wasn’t willing to sink any lower. This was my personal turning point, but that doesn’t have to be you. 7 years ago, I found out how to turn my struggles around and grow my strengths.

The program is designed to be flexible. Each module covers a week, but we provide extra space to ensure that you can complete the entire program within 4 months.

But Cathy, what if I don’t have much time?

Go for Gold is designed for ambitious people with hectic lifestyles. I don’t enjoy meditating for an hour myself, so you can expect short, powerful exercises with massive impact.

Can I interact with other participants?

Absolutely! We offer a vibrant online community where you can connect, share experiences, and support each other.

But Cathy, how do I know if I can do these exercises?

We’re keeping it simple with tools that are easy to implement in busy schedules.

Is there any support if I have questions?

Yes, we offer dedicated support to ensure you have all your questions answered. This happens through the community, via email, or during the mastermind sessions (aka the Golden Hour).

But Cathy, how can you guarantee I will get the results?

How do the payment plans work?
